Join us at this drop in session, its all about building and maintaining motivation, coping with urges, managing thoughts, feelings and behaviour to enable s to live a balanced life.

Walking Group
We meet every Wednesday morning 10 am sharp (weather dependant) for an informal local walk 1 to 1.5 hours followed by coffee and a cake , optional , and fellowship with other walkers for details contact .

10 am every Sunday morning before our service, a place of quite reflection and prayer
